How and Where to Buy Our Foods:
Do you offer a frequent buyer program?
The Frequent Buyer Program is not a national program. Although Natura Pet Products supports distributors who choose to sponsor such a program, it is limited in availability. Participation is dependent on distributors and retailers in any given area. We regret if there is not a program available in your area.
What if my pet doesn't like your food?
We are so confident that you will see a positive difference with our all natural dog and cat food, that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you need to return the pet food for any reason, you can return it to the store where it was purchased. Depending on the store's return policy, you can get a refund of your purchase price, a store credit, or exchange for another product.
Can I have the pet food delivered?
If there are no retailers in your area, you may be able to have the pet food shipped to your home by calling and ordering directly from one of our authorized UPS Providers. Natura Pet Products does not sell directly to the consumer. If you contact our Consumer Service Department, we can give you the appropriate information for your area.
Can I order your natural dog food or cat food online?
Natura Pet Products does not encourage Internet sales. Therefore we do not keep a separate listing of who sells our products on the Internet. We prefer our customers go to their local, independent retail pet food stores where you can review date codes for freshness, get the added knowledge or the store staff about our products, plus enjoy some savings by avoiding the shipping cost. Any product purchased via the Internet is not guaranteed by Natura Pet Products and must be returned to the same Internet sales provider.
While it is possible that you can find an Internet dealer in your area by doing an Internet search, we encourage you to support your local, hometown business people.
Why isn't the pet food sold at Petco or Petsmart?
We do not sell our natural pet products to mass merchandisers or national chains. All of our pet food distributors and retailers are independently owned pet supply shops, vet clinics, groomers, feed stores, kennels and health food stores. People just like you, who care about healthy animals, operate these stores. We are very loyal to these people, for without them, there would be no Natura.
Do you have a breeder's program?
We do not have any breeder programs at this time. Natura has always dedicated our resources to obtaining the best pet food ingredients that money can buy. Many companies make average foods and spend a lot of money on sales and marketing programs to promote them. We feel that the food is what matters most and the breeder or consumer pays for “special” programs by getting a lower quality food.
You can inquire with retailers in your area that carry Natura products to see if they offer any quantity discounts for breeders and large volume users. If not, they still may be able to help breeders with literature and samples.
